1. Products and Services Covered
This policy applies to the following:
- Physical Products: Items such as yoga mats, sound bowls, and wellness-related accessories.
- Digital Products: Downloadable content, including e-books, training materials, or audio meditations.
- Services and Classes: Sound Bath, Sound Therapy, Sound Healing, Yoga, Meditation, Breath Work, and other in-person or online sessions.
- Workshops and Training Programs: Live or recorded sessions, including corporate training and senior center activities.
2. Physical Products – Returns and Refunds
Conditions for Return
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Exclusions: Custom-made, personalized, or opened personal care items (e.g., essential oils) are non-returnable unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return

- If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns that are not due to product defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
3. Digital Products – Returns and Refunds
Conditions for Refund
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds are provided once access is granted.
- If a digital product is defective or does not match its description, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund

- We will review your request and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement product or refund.
- Refunds for duplicate purchases of the same digital product may be considered within 24 hours of purchase.
4. Services, Classes, and Memberships – Cancellations and Refunds
Client Cancellations
- Clients must provide at least 48 hours (2 days) notice for cancellations.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
- If you cancel within the 48-hour window, we offer a one-time rescheduling or an online yoga/meditation session instead.
- If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute (family member or friend), subject to approval and the nature of the therapy.
Memberships (Monthly, Yearly)
- Memberships can be canceled anytime, but payments already made are non-refundable.
- Missed sessions may be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time, only for the members.
Workshops and Training Programs
- Cancellations are fully refundable if made at least 48 hours before the start.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event or for no-shows.
Company Cancellations
- If we cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, inclement weather), we will offer a full refund or a rescheduled session.
5. General Refund Conditions
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds if the product or service does not meet the return conditions outlined above.
6. Exchanges
- Physical products may be exchanged if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

7. Fees and Costs
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon receipt.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned physical products that are not defective.
