Meet Jagy – Your Guide to Healing & Inner Peace
Hi, I’m Jagy, a Tibetan Sound Healing Practitioner, Yoga Instructor, and Meditation Coach who is passionate about holistic well-being. Like many of yours, my journey began with a search for balance and peace. Through years of dedication, learning, and God’s grace, I found my calling in sound healing, yoga, and meditation, helping others relieve stress, anxiety, and emotional blockages.
With extensive experience in Sound Baths, Sound Therapy, Yoga, and Breathwork, I’ve had the privilege of serving the Niagara Region through yoga studios, corporates, senior centers, and private sessions. I’ve collaborated with the Yoga Centre of Niagara and the Senior Centre of Thorold, bringing authentic healing experiences to the community.
At Still Mind Yoga, I aim to create a safe space for relaxation, balance, and transformation, believing that wellness is a necessity, not a luxury. I am deeply grateful to every student and participant who understands that health is wealth.
